CISER is located at 391 Pine Tree Road, just north of East Hill Plaza. CISER is open M-F 8:30am-4:30pm except during staff holidays. The computing helpdesk is open for consulting M-F 10am-12noon, and 2pm-4pm.

Parking at our building requires an "E" permit. Faculty and staff with campus permits for tier 2-6 may use these parking spaces. Students and visitors may obtain temporary parking passes from the receptionist at the front desk, and use visitor designated parking spaces.

Our location receives TCAT bus service (routes 50, 51, 52, 53, 92, 93).
[about the TCAT bus stop] To catch the bus, stand at the main entrance of the CISER parking lot and flag the TCAT bus driver to pull over. When arriving at CISER, ring the bell to signal for the driver to stop.            

Cornell faculty and staff may also use the East Hill Shuttle which travels between campus and Cornell's East Hill facilities every 10 minutes. Shuttle passes for visitors and students must be requested in advance from C&PS at 116 Maple Ave. For more information about the shuttle call 255-PARK.
