ERROR MESSAGE:  “To log on to this remote computer, you must be granted the Allow log on through Terminal Services right. By default, members of the Remote Desktop Users group have this right. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group or another group that has this right, or if the Remote Desktop Users group does not have this right, you must be granted this right manually.”

ERROR MESSAGE 2:
“The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login.”

This happens when you try to log-on to a research server which you do NOT have access to because of your account type:

Only CCSS-RS research accounts may use rsch101- rsch106 and rschG101-rschG102.  Research account usernames end with “_rs”.
