My connection to Remote Desktop isn’t working on my Mac

Make sure you have done the following:

Follow the login instructions after successfully completing above steps.

If you encounter “Error code: Ox104” upon trying to login, the “PC Name” text box was filled out incorrectly. To edit an already created desktop either click the pencil icon in the bottom right when scrolling over the created desktop; or click on the desktop and select edit from the settings/gears icon above. Type into the “PC name” text box one of the following:

For Research Accounts:

For Geography Research Accounts:

Now attempting to access the server you just edited will ask you to enter your username and password. Correctly fill in both to successfully connect to the CCSS servers.
